We guide you step by step to activate two-factor authentication (2FA), or reset it if you lost access.

<summary>How to activate 2FA:</summary>

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to **Profile > Account Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) **.
3. Choose the method you want to use (Code App or Mobile Notification).
4. If you choose App, scan the QR code with an app like Google Authenticator or Authy.
5. If you choose notifications, make sure you have them turned on.
6. Enter the code to confirm activation.
7. Our site will tell you that two-factor authentication has been activated ✅

 

**⚠️Important:**

You can configure this app by logging into your account from the app and/or from your computer, so you can easily scan the QR code from your phone.

For security reasons, it is necessary to activate 2FA on your account to operate.

<summary>How to reset 2FA:</summary>

If you no longer have access to the 2FA you have configured

1. Go to **Profile > Account Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) **.
2. When you select your active method, click on "Trouble with verification (2FA)?"
3. Once you click on "Trouble with 2FA?", you'll receive an email with the subject: 🔒You requested to clear your two-factor authentication (2FA)
4. Select “Start Whitening”

Make sure you are in a well-lit area and have your ID in hand 🙌
