Protect your account access with a PIN or your face by setting up Face ID. We'll explain how it works and how to activate it:

 

### <span style="color: #403294">**What security methods are available to access my account?**</span>

1. **Numeric PIN: **A 4 or 6 digit code that you set when you log in for the first time from the App.
2. **Facial recognition (Face ID): **Available on compatible devices.

 

### <span style="color: #403294">**How to activate or modify these methods?**</span>

1. Enter the App.
2. Go to **Settings > Security > Blocking Methods **.
3. Activate the method you prefer.
4. To change your PIN, select *Change PIN *.

 

### <span style="color: #403294">**What happens if I forget my PIN?**</span>

Don't worry:

- Sign out and sign back in using your password and 2FA.
- The App will allow you to create a new PIN.

 

### ⚠️ Recommendations:

- Don't use an easy-to-guess PIN (like 1234 or your date of birth)
- Activate Face ID if you share the device
- Never share your PIN with anyone
