If you no longer want to use your account, you can easily request to close it through the App:


> ⚠️ **Important:** To proceed with the request, your account must not have any available balance.  
> ⚠️ Make sure to withdraw or transfer all your funds before starting the process. 
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ Otherwise, you can contact Support and we’ll help you with it.


**Step-by-step guide to request account closure:**

1. Log in to your account from the App.
2. Go to **Profile**.
3. Select **My information**.
4. Open the **Personal information** section.
5. Tap **Request account closure**.
6. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
7. Finally, select **Confirm account closure** to submit your request.

Once you confirm the request, your account will be deactivated and you won’t be able to access it again.

If later on you want to use your account again, you can request reactivation by contacting our Support team from the same email address linked to your account.
