If you entered your ID incorrectly when registering, you can request that we correct it. 🙌

 

⚠️ This information is only modified if we verify a typo in the registration. Changing the account ownership is not permitted.

👉 It is also possible that your DNI number has been modified due to **naturalization or gender change**. If this is the case, you must send us the following information to make the change:


- *Front and back of the new DNI*
- *Front and back of the old DNI*
- *A selfie-style photo in which you hold the new ID at face level.*
- *A selfie-style photo in which you hold your old ID at face level.*
- *A video holding both IDs and saying the phrase: *"My name is <mention your full name> and today <insert the current date> I request to modify my account. Keyword: Cryptocurrencies."
