Ripio TAG is a tool for sending cryptocurrencies between Ripio users, completely free and instantaneous.

Your Ripio Tag will be inverter, automatically generated and you'll be able to view it in the Profile section of the app or website.

There you must invite that person to create a Ripio account first from the app or the website.

You can edit your Ripio TAG up to three times per day by logging into your profile and clicking the edit button.

You can view your Ripio TAG by going to the "Profile" section of the app or website.


#### <span style="color: #403294">**Can I share my Ripio TAG?**</span>

Yes, you can! But keep in mind that if the person doesn't have a Ripio account, you'll need to invite them with your referral link.

Yes, up to 5.

You can see them in your Ripio account transactions.

Some cases of errors that you may have: 

- **Insufficient balance **- check if you have available balance.
  - If you have a balance and cannot make the operations, contact us using the **Help button.**.
- **I performed a TAG and received an error and the operation did not complete: **Don't worry, you can let us know so we can help you by generating a request from the **Help button**.

To send money using Ripio TAG, you can use any of the cryptocurrencies available in your wallet.

For now, sending with Ripio TAG is only possible between users in the US, but it will soon be available for other countries.
