To request a change to the email address associated with your Ripio account, you can send us a selfie video in .mp4 format, no larger than 20 MB, in which you show your face, hold up your ID, and say this phrase out loud:

**“ **I am **[first and last name], and **today **[date] **I am requesting to change the email address on my Ripio account to **[insert new email address]. **I acknowledge and understand that the account is for personal use and is non-transferable, and I am responsible for all transactions made under it and any legal consequences that may arise.”

⚠️ Important: in the video you have to hold your ID like this 👇

Additionally, you must send us your new email address in writing:

- New mail:
  - Example: " *[user@email.com](mailto:user@email.com)** *"

To submit the video, generate a ticket by clicking the button

In the body of the message, please also leave us the new email address you wish to use to make the change and attach the video.


Once we change your email address, we'll let you know. 🙌🏼
