The MEMO is an additional numerical address required to identify your wallet within your Ripio Wallet. This ensures that transactions will be completed correctly and credited to your account.

If you want to receive cryptocurrencies through the **Stellar, Ton and XRP networks **, keep in mind that <u>you will have to share your address and the MEMO</u>.

If you want to send cryptocurrency, you'll first need to ensure the receiving address is correct and whether or not a MEMO is required. To do this, we suggest verifying this with the recipient of the funds.
