These are some of the errors that can occur when sending cryptocurrency: 

 

**◼​ Transactions in processing status: **These operations are not completed because they occurred due to a processing error in the transaction. In these cases, we will refund you. To expedite this process, you can send us the transaction number in a message by clicking the button from your account. In the subject line, indicate *“Operation* *in PRO status.”*

 

◼**​ Send in canceled status: **It may be because the destination address you are trying to send crypto to is not correct, or it is not compatible with the crypto you want to send.

 

 ◼**​ Transactions in Pending status:  **If you made an operation and it was left in PEN status (Pending), apply the same process as operation in PRO status, just indicate “*Operation* in PEN status” in the subject of the message and the transaction number.
