To request a change of phone number associated with your Ripio account, record a selfie-style video in .mp4 format, no larger than 20MB, in which you hold up your ID and say the following phrase out loud:

**“I am [ ***name and surname ***], today [ ***date ***] I request to change the phone number on my Ripio account to [ ***insert new phone number ***].”** 

 

It's important that we can clearly see your face and ID details in the video, like the example below:

Also, in the message description you have to specify the change you want to make: 

- **New number: **< *write the number you want to associate here *>.
