**Make sure you're entering the password associated with your account **correctly. If you don't remember it, you can recover it by following these steps: 👉 <u>[How do I reset my password?](https://help-us.ripio.com/space/HCU1/1046216707)</u>

If, after entering your email and password, you enter your invalid 2FA token more than three times in a row, your account may have been **temporarily blocked **for security reasons (approximately 1 hour). In this case, it's important to wait that amount of time before trying again, and make sure that at least **15 minutes pass between each login attempt **to avoid being blocked again.

<summary>If you see "The credentials are not valid (Code: 200)":</summary>

If you see error 200 when logging into your account, you can resolve it by following these suggestions:

- You've made multiple login attempts with the wrong credentials. Make sure you don't enter an old password.
- Try clearing your browser's cookies or app cache.
- If you logged in three or more times in a row within a period of 15 minutes or less, your account may have been **temporarily blocked ** for security reasons (*approximately 1 hour). In this case, you'll need to wait this amount of time before trying again. Keep in mind that at least ***15 minutes **must pass between login attempts to avoid being blocked again.

<summary>If you still can't access your device after following these steps, clear your device's cache by following these steps:</summary>

**In the Google Chrome browser **:Chrome:**:**

1. Go to *Settings.*
2. Scroll down to the *Privacy and Security section *and tap *Clear Browsing Data.*
3. In *time interval *select *All*.
4. *Leave Cookies and data from other sites *selected.
5. Click *Clear Data.*

**On your Android phone:**

1. Go to *Settings*>*Applications *.
2. In the list of applications, look for *Ripio>Storage.*
3. Finally, tap the *Clear Cache option *at the bottom.

**On your iOS phone:**

1. Go to Settings>General.
2. Go to '**iPhone Storage**'.
3. If you scroll down, you'll find all the **Apps **you've downloaded and their weight.
4. Enter the application you want to clear the **cache for **.
5. Tap 'Delete **app**'.
