You can log in to your Ripio account from the **web **[app.ripio.com](http://app.ripio.com/) or from our **app **, available for [iOS](https://apps.apple.com/ar/app/ripio-comprar-bitcoin-y-eth/id1221006761) and [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ripio.android&hl=es&gl=US) . To do so, follow these steps:
âĄī¸ **From the Web đģ**:
1. Access [app.ripio.com](http://app.ripio.com) from your browser.
2. Fill in your email and password
3. Enter the code we sent to your email.
4. And that's it!
âĄī¸ **From the App đ˛**:
1. Access the Ripio App from your cell phone
2. Fill in your email and password
3. Enter the code will send to your email
4. List!
**Pending login**
If after entering your credentials your login is pending, for security we send you a confirmation email as a security factor. đŠ It may arrive in your Primary or Other inbox; if you don't see it, also check your Junk / Spam folder.
- đ From the App: open the email and you'll find the code requested on the login screen. Enter it in the App to continue. You can also complete the login using the link below the code, opening the email on the same device you want to use to access Ripio.
- đ From the Web: you'll receive a link directly in your email to click and log in.
> âšī¸ **NOTE:** Open the email on the same device and browser you're using to access Ripio. For example, if you're logging in from your computer, open the email on that same computer and not on your phone or another device.
