When you log into your account for the first time in the Ripio App, you can set your PIN. 

Once the configuration is complete, we will ask you if you want to configure the security PIN.

After setting up your PIN, every time you log in to the Ripio app, simply enter your security PIN.

**Alternatively, you can also access it from a web browser using the code generator configured. Here's how:**

Enter to [https://app.ripio.com/](https://app.ripio.com/) enter your username, password, and the code generated in our app using the "View code generator" option, and that's it.🚀​ 


**Important information:**

1. If you start from a new device, you may see the following alert: <u>We’ve sent you an email so you can complete your login</u>.
2. If you have a code generator app set up, such as Authy or Google Authenticator, once you set up this new code generator, they will be disabled.

3. If you decide to skip activating this security code and then want to set it up later, you can do so by going to the App > selecting the profile option > Lock method.

4. If you want to log in on the same device with a different account, just select the "Switch user" option.
5. If you delete the App, after downloading it you will need to set up your PIN once more.
