If you've forgotten your password, you can reset or change it quickly and securely by following these steps:

👉​ Enter the option **Forgot your password?**

👉​ Enter the email address you used to register with Ripio. If you've forgotten it, please create a ticket using the help button, indicating that you forgot your email address and sending us your ID number.

This message will appear:  *Great! You can now change your password with the link we sent you by email.*

👉 Check your inbox. If you can't find the email in your inbox, be sure to also check your spam folder and follow the link we sent you to enter your new password.

 

⚠️ ** Important: **To define a secure password, it must:

- Be alphanumeric.
- Have at least eight characters.
- Have uppercase and lowercase letters.
- Have at least one symbol like: % $ # & *.

Once you've set your new password, you can log in to your account without any problems.👍​ 

A strong password is the best defense against unauthorized access to your account and prevents third parties from accessing the funds stored in your Ripio wallet.🔒​
