In the following article, we show you the most common reasons for account activation rejection:

1. Your credential photos weren't uploaded, or we can't properly read the data in the photos you uploaded.
2. If you activate it online, you must upload a selfie of yourself holding your ID card up front at neck level. This way, we can verify that the ID card holder is the one who activated the account.
3. Typing error in some of the uploaded data.
4. Do not fully display your ID photo (cropped photo).
5. Do not fully show your face in the selfie (cropped photo).
6. You have uploaded a copy of your ID or a scanned file of it.
7. Blurry or unclear photos.
