To activate your account, follow these steps: 

- Visit  <u>[app.ripio.com](https://help.ripio.com/hc/es/articles/app.ripio.com)</u> from your computer 💻, or from our updated Ripio App.📱

- After creating your account, enter the username (personal email) and password you provided:

- Once in your account, click on the " **Activate account **" option.
- Complete all fields in the form with your information (country, nationality, full name, ID number, address, phone number). ✔​
- Take and upload a photo of the front and back of your ID, as well as a selfie showing your entire face (forehead, chin, neck). ✔​
  ⚠️ *Please note that we do not accept digital IDs, only physical ones.*
- Make sure both photos are clear enough to verify your identity and confirm their upload. ✔​
- Done! 🙌 Just wait for verification, which will take no more than 24 business hours. 💯
