If you're having trouble creating your account, try signing up directly from the **updated Chrome browser **, or from our updated app for  <u>[Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ripio.android&hl=en)</u>  or  <u>[iOS.](https://apps.apple.com/ar/app/ripio-bitcoin-wallet/id1221006761)</u>  ✔ 

Go to [https://www.ripio.com/es](https://www.ripio.com/es)  and select "Register" in the top right corner:

It's important to enter your email address and password **without spaces or capital letters, **and confirm that the green checkmark on the right appears. This indicates that the information is correct. 


Once everything is checked in green, you've indicated that you're over 18 years old, and you've read and accepted terms and conditions, you can log in and verify your email. If you click "log in" and the page doesn't respond or load, we suggest clearing your browser's cookies and cache and trying again.
