Creating your Ripio account takes less than 5 minutes and is the first step toward discovering the future of the digital economy. 

Before you begin, it's important to keep the following in mind:

- You can only have one account associated with your ID and email address.
- You must be over 18 years old.
- Use of the account is strictly personal.
- ID requirements for creating the account:
  <u>For US Persons and US residents: </u>
  Real ID: Department of Homeland Security Real ID
  SSN: Social Security Number [mandatory for US persons]
  IC: Identification Card.
  GREEN: Green Card / Permanent Resident Card
  DL: Driver License enabled as Real ID.
  <u>For non US residents / foreign persons:</u>
  PA: Passport or ID (National Identification Number) [other nationality and not US Resident].

Now, let's create your account on Ripio: 

1. Go to <u>[https://app.ripio.com/](https://www.ripio.com/es/)</u>
2. Click on **Register Now **.
3. Enter your email address. 📧​
4. Generate a password of at least 8 characters. Ideally, it should have least one uppercase and one lowercase letters, at least one number and at least one symbol. If the password you choose is secure, a green check mark will appear next to it.
5. Please re-enter your password. If you didn't make any mistakes, this field will also be checked with a green check mark. ✅ Otherwise, please review both password entries.
6. Select your country of residence from the drop-down list.
7. Confirm that you are of legal age and that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
8. We'll send you an email to confirm your address. Sign in to your email and check our message. If you don't find it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
9. Click on **Verify email **. ✅
10. Log in to Ripio to complete your email verification process and finish creating your account.🙌​
